Sales Terms

The owner of the online store innerglow.ee is OÜ Varuna teenused (registry code 11482462), registered address: Õismäe tee 125-38.

Product prices are shown in euros next to each product. Delivery cost is added during checkout and depends on the delivery country and selected delivery method.

Product descriptions, ingredients, usage instructions, price and availability are shown on each product page.

To place an order, the customer adds products to the cart, fills in the required contact details and selects the delivery country, city, carrier and parcel locker.

Payments are processed through Montonio. The customer may be redirected to a secure Montonio, bank or payment method page.

The sales contract enters into force after the payable amount has been received.

After receiving the returned product, the seller refunds the customer no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal request, but the seller may withhold the refund until the product has been returned or proof of return shipment has been provided.

If a product has a defect, the customer should contact innerglowsupport@gmail.com as soon as possible, but no later than two months after discovering the defect.

The seller responds to complaints in writing or in a reproducible written form within 15 days.

Disputes between the customer and the online store are resolved by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the customer may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee or the European Union online dispute resolution platform.
